This is a stunning exquisite shell cameo from the Edwardian period. Chloris (Χλωρίς), goddess of flowers and wife of Zephyrus I purchased this beauty loose carved by a master carver.
I embellished her with brass cornucopias. Then filled them with gold, rust, copper, black, peacock blue, pink & red flowers & leaves all presented on a beautiful large copper orchid.
The cameo is in excellent condition. A fabulous find and must have for the lover of fine cameos.
Pendant measures 2 18" x 2 1/8". Unmarked gold filled 19" necklace is included.  I will be listing over 1000 cameos I have to list.
