Expert warns Joburgers of looming energy price hike

JOHANNESBURG – Energy experts are warning Johannesburg residents to brace for more energy price hikes next month.

Some of the approved changes include a 230-rand service and levy charges on prepaid meter electricity users. 
But energy expert, Chris Yelland, says this will have dire consequences for the poor.
